Sabrina, founder and CEO has worked in the property industry for almost 2 decades and has a wealth of experience both professionally and personally. She has been advising and arranging property finance for professional investors for over 15 years, building a strong portfolio of high net worth clients including professional and entrepreneurs.

Vedat has been working on IT over 18 years. He delivered multiple projects for finance companies such as internet banking for HSBC, telephone banking for HSBC, open banking for NatWest and Nationwide and settlement big data solutions for Amex and Discover. He has been running Caffeine IT since 2012.

Marija is a Solicitor, admitted to practice in England and Wales, specialising in all aspects of finance. She has more than 15 years experience in equity and debt finance, having held advisory positions with a French investment bank, an American investment bank, a Japanese broker dealer, and in private practice. She has gained invaluable market experience from advising hedge funds, VC/PE funds corporate investors and individuals on all aspects of fundraising, funding structures and the how to maximise benefits of utilising ring-fenced spv's. Marija has a BA/MA in Political Science from Boston University, LLB (Hons) Law from City University, and LPC from the OXILP, Oxford and was admitted in 2006. She speaks 5 languages
